On Sunday, October 13, you are invited to come to the Waterford Flat Common for the 25th Anniversary of this beloved event. As always, our focus is on family fun while raising money for the annual Tony Waldeier Scholarship Fund. Scholarships are awarded each year to graduating Waterford High School students who go on to further their education or trade.
Race day includes race shirt sales, which is a fundraising raffle for KLA, and the Chili Cook-Off presented by the Waterford/Harrison PTO. Sample and vote for your favorite chili! Free samples for 5K participants, and $5.00 for others. Sampling begins after the race ends.
There are many ways to participate in this family friendly and community supported event: donate, volunteer, register for the race, enter the Chili Cook-Off contest, or just come and enjoy the day while cheering on the racers!
Fun Run Start Time: 11:30. 5K Start Time: 12 noon.
All roads leading to the event will close at 11:20, and the event is held rain or shine!
And please — no pets on the race course!
